Going to /docs/contributor/peterportal or /docs/contributor/peterportal/getting-started now gives a 404. This should be a permanent redirect to /antalmanac-planner/[...] so that any old links that happen to be sitting around don't break
Otherwise looks solid

Renames instances of PeterPortal to AntAlmanac Planner, excluding repo names. Also adds an index page with more info from AAP's new README
Note: wait for icssc/peterportal-client#1041 to be merged since AAP Index should follow AAP README
